AGREEMENT ARRIVED AT MANY THOUSANDS WILL BENEFIT London, July 12. Lord .Veivton, in the House of Lords,' stated that an agreement had been arrived at by the British and German delegates who met at The Hague to consider the f(uestion of. interchango of prisoners of war and other matters iii connection with prisoners. By this agreement many thousands,of prisoner would receive great* benefit. The British Cabinet had approved what had been done.
