RACE TRAINS
. * STATEMENT BY RAILWAY DEPARTMENT. For the purpose of preventing any misunderstanding on the part of the public regarding the train service to and from Trcntham for Thursday and Saturday's races, the Rnilwny Department points out that the train times quoted in the Wellington Racing Club's official advertisements are incorrect. The club's advertisements show a train leaving Wellington at 1.2S p.m.. There is no train at that time; tho actual time cf departure is 1.20 p.m. Trains are shown by the club as leaving Treutham nt 1.35 and -i.55 p.m. There are no .1.25 nor 455 p.m. trains f-om Trcntham. The race train leaves Trenthain at 4.47 p.m.
