■' : * FOUND DROWNED. At an early hour yesterday morning the body of Charles Boyd, a resident of Bastbourne, was found by Messrs. Robert Hutchison and Charles Russell, floating close to the Rona Bay Wharf. The late Afr. Boyd was about CO years of age, and was in the Civil ■ Service. He was for soveral years on the staff of ihe Treasury, and was then transferred to the Educa,t.ion Department, with which ho wag connected right up to the time of his death. Ho was seen sitting on the Ferry Wharf lute the provions night. Tho deceased had suffered from asthma for many years, and developed gastric trouble mono recently. Ho leaves a widow nnd two! daughters. j
