CONSCRIPTION BILL IN CANADA
Ottawa, July 5. The Conscription Bill is now in its concluding stages. A French-Canadian amendment for an indefinite adjournment, is certain of defeat. It is anticipated that tho Government will have a, majority of forty in favour of the Bill. ' Sir Robert Borden (the Prime Minister) is consulting with the provincial Premiers with the object of their inclusion in. tho coalition Government.
