SHACKLETON'S GRATITUDE
\ VISIT TO THE HIGH COMMISSIONER. (Rec. July 5, 11.20 p.m.) London, July 4. Sir Ernest Sliacldeton called on. Sir Thomas Mackenzie (New Zealand High Commissioner), and expressed his gratitude for what the peoplo of the Dominions had dona to assist the Antarctic Expedition. He offered to visit all the New ; Zealand soldiers in the hospitals and give addresses on the subject of the recent expedition.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
