Wanganui, July j. j\ representative meeting of pasfofalisls and dairy farmers to-day discussed tho export problem, and it was decided to nslc the president of tho Rirmors' Union, to call a meeting of farmers in each centre to discuss the matter and appoint delegates to attend a Dominion conference. To-day's meeting expressed the opinion that, iu ordev to encourage tho erection of additional cold storage accommodation for dairy produco the' Government should pay storage on tho same basis as the arrangements for meat. The meeting finally passed a resolution to the effect that, should tho necessity ariso for tlie sacrifice of exports, such ■ sacrifice should bo made mutually by all producere.
