Will be distributed in the following manner and under the following conditions, to the persons returning the Largest Numbers of Tobacco SEALS and/or Tobacco TAGS taken from any of the following brands: The Seals and Tags may be mixed or sent in separately.; State Number of Seals and Tags from each Brand. Seals (mm Tins: Tags from Ptogs: "WELCOME NUGGET," "JUNO," "WELCOME NUGGET," "LUCY HINTON," "LUCY KIMTON," "DIADEM," "ROYAL COLOURS," "WHITE ROSE," "JUNO" (Dart or Aromatic) "IMPERIAL RUBY," and "DIADEM." No other Seals or Tags will be accepted.
