It. was resolved :-"That the Minister of Defence and the Minister of Public Health be respectfully requested to confer with a view- to stcuring the cooperation of the British Medical Association for the formulation of a' scheme where each class "f (he .Second Division could be medically .examined at least one month before the ballot of such cle=s."
