BRITISH AND GERMAN METHODS ' CONTRASTED Copenhagen, 1 July 1. A Scandinavian. Parliamentary Congress has opened at Mowingghel. The President of the Norwegian Storthing alleged that the Allies; , blockade policy had shown lack of courtesy, but it was guiltless compared with tlie German bombings. Herr, Hildebrandt, a Swede, violently attacked' the British blockade, and the President protested against his remarks.
