HOAKD OE .GOVEBNOKS. - The Wellington Collego Board of Governors met yesterday morning. Thero wero present: Hon. .T. G. \V. Aitken, M.L.C. (chairman), Mr. W. H. P. Barber, 'Mr. J. P. Luko, C.M.G., and Mr. A. Warburton. Madamo Bendall was appointed teacher of senior conversational French, and Miss Forbes teacher of junior conversational French.Tho Principal recommended that scholarships iu the various forms bo held for the year as folloiT:— Form Via.—Rhodes £10 Scholarship, hy O'Connor; Moore .£lO, by Kittoj Rhodes, by Smith; Mooro JilO, by Beaslcholo. Form Vlb.—Turnbull (mathematics and science), by Bourko; Turnbull .C 5. by Forbes. Form Va.—Turnbull .£!>, by Meadowcroft; Turnbull £5, by Day. Form IVa.—Levin (languages) £i, by Heron;/Lovin (science) £i, by Hain. Tho meeting transacted most of its business in committee.
