NEW. APPOINTMENTS. Tho roll of the Justices of tho Peace has recently been rovised, for the first time in twelvo years, and many new names have been added. The Justice Department has struck out the names of Justices who are dead and who havo become ineligible. The new list will be issued shortly, and the Department suggests that persons holding appointments should peruse it as early as possible in Older to niako sure that their names are included.
