WINDY WEATHER
A hard nor'-wester, with occasional rain squalls, blow over the city yesterday. The air was hoayy, and inclined to be somewhat flattening. Unsettled weather, with rain, appears to have been general. Present indications, states the official forecast, are for strong westerly winds, changing by south to south-east-erly. Unsettled and squally weather is to be expected, with rain following generally. The barometer is unsteady.
