MORE BAD WEATHER
The weather outlook, according to the official forecast of the Meteorological Office, is not very brignt. Yesterday in Wellington tho sky looked threatening all day and scattered rain fell hero and thero in tho district. Tho wind, a moderate breeze, varied from west to southwest The. indications point to high' north-westerly to south-westerly winds, cloudy and boisterous conditions, with heavy showers, cspocially on the West Coast and southern districts. Tho baromoler is unsteady, with a falling tendency overywhero.
