FULL SETTLEMENT REACHED. By Tclepsapli—Fres3 Association. Auckland, .Tunc VI. . .V full settlement lias been reached in tho Taupiri coal mines dispute. The working conditions are to be tho same as under the old agreement. The war bonus of 10 per cent, has been increased to 17J per cent, for piece workers and 20 per cent, for all other workers. The term of tho agreement is three years, or until nix months after peace has been declared.
