FAIR WEATHER AGAIN
Blue sky, bright sunlight, and a placid harbour combined to mako an enjoyable winter day in Wellington and the neighIxnirhood yesterday. Tho southerly departed during tho night, giving place to a light northerly in tho morning. Present indications are far freshening northerly winds, with increasing cloudiness generally, and rain soon on the West ('oast (iml southern districts. A fall in the barometer is to.bo expected in the south, for an approaching disturbance, chiolly threatenng the country south of New Plymouth and Castlenoint.
