Prime bullocks J219 to £i 2 17s. 6d., medium .£l6 to Jilß 10s., tight <£12 to .CIS 155.; prime cows and heifers .£ls to .£l7, medium £12 lfls. to £U, light and inferior £9 10s. to £11 ss. , Sheep (2631 penned).—Tho quality was totter than of late, a number of prime coming forward. Tho entry exceeded butchers' requirements, and prices dropped Is. Extra wethers 535. 6d., prime •10s. to 475. (id., medium 355. to 3Ss. 6d., lighter 30s. to 335. lid.; extra prime ewes 505., prime S7s. 6d. to 405., medium 30s. to 31s. od., light 21s. to 295. Lambs (614 penned).—Exporters were operating for all suitablo lines, and a clearance was made at last week's rates. Prime 28s. 6d. to 315., extra 365., medium 255. to 275. '6d„ others ISs. to 225. 6d.
Pigs—l'ats met, a good demand at late values. A medium yarding of stores sold at about 2s. below usual Kite.
