A remand for a week -was granted In tho caso against Jimmy Tauro, who was charged with breaking and entering tho warehouse of tho Stewart Timber and Hardware Comipany by night and stealing therefrom ono gentleman's ovorooat, 21 keys, one pair spectacles and case, ono pair pliers, one nail punch, ono hammer, and two notebook's.
