SUDDEN DEATH. A returned soldier named Thomas Bui;borough, 2G years of age, married, and residing in Epuni Street, while coming down Willis Street at an early hour yesterday morning, saw a? tram at the stop-ping-place oppose Mercer Street, and raced to catch it. He was seen coming I>y the conductor, who held up the car till Bnrborough got aboard. As the tram was approaching Stewart Dawßon's corner the man was seen to collapse, and on the tram Retting near 'the Lambton Police Station* Burboroiish was removed to the station and "Dr. Henry summoned. The man. however, died before the doctor arrived. The body was removed to the morgue, and -in inquest will be held tomorrow.
