o By Telegraph.—Pr»ss Association. ■ Timaru, June 10. A ten-roomed house and contents at Wai-iti was destroyed by fire yesterday morning. While early breakfast was being prepared a cat ivas drivon off tie table and it upset a lamp and sot fire to the house, tho flames getting beyond the powers of the occupants. Very littlo was saved. Tho house belonged to the Rev;. Chappie, of Christchureh, and was occupied by Mr. Carl and family.
