BARKER.-On Juno 7th (very suddenly), at her residence, No. 6 Tainui lerruee (off Tasmau Street), Annie, the beloved wifo of George Christopher Barker; aged 38 years. "And there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor cryins, f°r the former things are passed away." KENDRICK.—On the 6th June, 1917, at the Kensington Street Private Hospital, Wellington, Jessie Agatha, the dearly loved, wife of the Rev. George V. Kendrickj aged 81 years. POWER.-On June 1, at Ngapotiki,'John Hays Power, of Makuri, aged 76. KOBB.-On June 3, 1917 (peacefully), at his sister's residence, Auckland. George Robb, of Wellington, architect (second son of the late Capt. Robb, Wellington); aged 36 years. WATTS-On the 2nd Juno, 1917, at Weir lington Hospital, Francis Wainwnght, dearly beloved husband of Mary Watts, of No. 18 Britannia Streot, Petono, and third son of the lato Dr. Watts, of Wellington, and Mrs. A. B. Watts, of New Plymouth, after a lingering and painful illness; aged 55 jears. His end was peace. f_
