The "Fromdenblatl," in a frenzied article, accuses tho English of horrible brutality to German prisoners in Belgium and France. It enys they have even crucified sonic, and in other cases they hiivo out off noses, cars, and tongues, gouged out eyes, and nailed to prisoners' breasts tho eagles from thoir helmets. The paper adds: "They are teaching us how to carry out tho principle of 'lex talionis' when, the tramp of German troop? reaches the streets of London."— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
