The charter states that the Corporation is to be established for sixty years, and will act as agents for any Governments or authorities, bankers, manufacturers, merchants, and others, carry on business as contractors, merchants, etc., acquire railways, docks, factories, find other concerns, develop the resources of any part of the world, including Britain, obtain concessions, charters, and monopolies, establish an information bureau for business and financial propositions, and undertake experimental research work.—Aus.-N.Z.
