BOARD'S .DECISIONS ANNOUNCED. The Third Wellington Military Service Board announced its decisions yesterday in several cases that had Lcen held over for consideration. James• Hilrper, compositor, of Wellington, who had represented that lie was acting-secretary of the Typographical Union, owing to the secretary being in hospital, was allowed two months' exemption from service. The appeals of William George Henley, clothing salesman, and Sydney Arthur Parker, clerk., both on the ground of undue hardship, , were ciisinissod. The case of Leonard J. IT. Schr:id<>r. coachbuiider, was adjourned sine din. Sclwador, who was the son of an vnnaturalised German father and an English mother, had tried several times to enlist voluntarily prior to being drjvn in tho ballot, but had been rejected on account of his parentage. .
