KHANDALLAH DEBATING SOCIETY
The fourth annual meeting of tho Khaudallah Literary and Debating Society was held in tho Khandaliah Presbyterian Church Schoolroom on Tuesday evening. Mr. J. H. Richardson occupied the chair. The annual report and balance-sheet disclosed tho lact that the past session of the society was a most successful one, not only from tho point of view of membership, but also the amount of money raised for patriotic purposes. The following officers wero elected for tho ensuing year:—President, Mr. J. H. Richardson ; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. M: Dale, M. P. Cameron, 0. Hoßbon, 0 C. Crump, H. L. James, and E. Co'wie~s; secretary and treasurer, Mr. E. Hobbs; auditov, Mr. E. Nees: editors of journal, Mr. H. H. Cornish and Miss Patham; committee, Mesdames Page, A. J. Daniol and E. J. Daniel, Misses Nees, Reith, Richardson, and Sunderhmd, Messrs. A. E. Biidd, A. J. Griffiths, W. Apploton, F. J. Brooker, C. L. Blackburn, and A. E. Rtirge.
