LATEST HUN OUTRAGE. (Ree. May 9, '0.55 a.m.) Amsterdam, May 8. • General von Falkenhausen (German Governor of Belgium) ordered a general raid on the safes in the Belgian bank vaults, where hundreds of millions' in cash, bonds, and jewellery were deposited fcefore the war. The Belgian safemakers refused to supply workmen to help to open the safes, and von Falkenh'auscn thereupon telegraphed •to Germany to send workmen, fearing to blow up the safes lest he should destroy the contents.
