LIVE STOCK SALES
Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report:— At our weekly stock sale held at Danncvtrko salcyards on Friday, we offered a good yarding of sheep and cattle to ft moderate attendance of buyers. We nuoto as follows:—Fat lambs, 20s. sd. to 255. 3d.; store lambs, from' 13s. 6d. to 16s. 6d. to 205.; cull lambs, 9s. 6d. to 12s. 3d.; cull ewes, 12s. to 155.; ewes, in lamb, 255. 9d.; and a nico line of ewes ex Wairere Waltahora, six-tooth to five-year made 31s. 6d.; "stpre cows, £6 75.. £7 55., £8; olghtoenmbnth steers, £7 2s. 6d.; fat heifers, £10; empty heifers, £6 to £7 10s.; and a. line of P.A. cows made £14 15s. Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., advertise further entries for thoir Linton sale on Wednesday. As will be seen, the stock entered comprises fat sheep and oattle, ewes in lamb, lambs, wethers, steers, heifers, etc., so everyone will have ample opportunity to -fill their requirements. Buyers can get conveyance to the sale on application to the auctioneers. Luncheon is obtainable at tho yards.
