Notice has been given in-the House of Lords of a question as to whether the Rotorua, from New Zealand, laden with a hundred thousand carcasses of sheep, etc., was sunk in the Channel after landing her passengers at Plymouth, and whether she was not allowed to discharge her cargo at Plymouth; also whether other ships suffered the same fate under similar circumstances.— Aus.-N.Z.
