Ptesent indications aro for ' increasing : easterly winds northwards of Kavrhla ' and Bast Cape, and variable breezes, with moderate, to strong southerlies prevailing' olsowhere. Pair to cloudy conditions aro probable, but'a storm area is apparently developing to the north-west of the Dominion, and heavy rain is likely shortly in the northern and East Coast districts of the North Island and unsettled weather following generally. The barometer falling in tho north soon, but little movement elsewhere. Fair to cloudy, weather has ruled, with moST £ ? atter «l showers to-day.
