COMBATANT PRISONERS OF WAR
PROPOSAL'TO GERMANY NOT ANSWERED. London, April 30. In the House of Commons, Mr. Hope stated that Germany had not replied to the British proposal for a mutual transfer of combatants who had been prisoners for more than two years to a neutral country.—Reuter.
