A CONDITIONAL UNDERTAKING. London, April 26. Mr. J. I. Macpherson, Financial Secretary to the War Office, stated that the embargo on "The Nation]' would be raised if the editor submitted all war articles to the Censor.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [Owing to tlio nature of certain articles in the weekly paper "The Nation," which are said to. bo regarded with favour in enemy countries, it was recently announced that the further export of the paper would bo prohibited.]
