WOOL RESERVE STOCK TO BE CREATED
MANUFACTURERS AND SPINNERS TO BE "RATIONED." (Rec. April 23, 9.10 p.m.) .'. London, April 22. The' Wool Advisory Committee recommends that in view of the heavy /mili-tary-needs it will be necessary t/Taccumulate a considerable wool reserve. It therefore urges the rationing of manufacturers and spinners, and also the institution of economies for civil trades by the use of substitutes. No distribution of Government wool or tops, or auctions of free wools, should be allowed until after May—Aus.-N.Z: Oable'Assn. ,
