PERCENTAGE for country CLUBS. ' Sydney, April 12. The Chief ■ Secretary (Hon. G. W. Fuller) sympathised with and promised Cabinet consideration for the representations of the country racing clubs in favour of a more liberal percentage of the totalisator funds.
