SALE OF PEDIGREE COWS. . In another column' Messrs. Abraham and Williams, I(td., advertise particulars of stock to be offered on account of Mr. W. Goodrick on Wednesday. The herd comprises • 41 high-grade Ayrshire, Jersey, and Eolstein cows, 18 pedigree Ayrshire cows and hoifers, and 8 6elcctcd two-year heifers in calf. This herd Is recognised as one of the very l»est in the district, and out . of three Association herds it has /been practically top I the nhole season, and some of the cows to date are heyond the 8501b. butter-fat mark. It is stated that nothing but the best pedigree milking' strain bulls have used during the last 10 years. The cows are young, coming to first, second, third, and fourth calves, and will calve in August, Septembor, and October.
