Baldwin, the Mayor of Loner Hutt, ■ and presented a- requisition (to which , s was attached a long list of signatures ■ , of Hutt electors) that ho should allow ] himself to be nominated once more for the office of Mayor., The requisition stated that the peti£ibners recognised fcho high valne of tho .service?
