ADMIRALTY CHANGES
(Reo. : April 1, .11 p.m.) London, March 31. Admiral Sir George Callaghan, who commanded the Home Fleet at the outbreak of Tvar in 1914, will replace Sir Arthur v Fansbaws as Admiral of toe Fleet,, the latter retiring owing to the age limit. , Vice-Admiral Sit Frederick Brock has been promoted to the rank of full Admiral, and Vice-Admiral _ Sir George Patey has been absorbed in the establishment. —Aus.-N.Z.
