A USELESS, SINFUL HABIT.
Sir,—l have oeea often. wonderinß. that the Church authorities do not try; and stop the useless waste of rico at marriages. Outside of St. Peter's there seems to be a lot wasted. The vicar should discourage tho habit, more.especially at tho present time., wlen there is so much need of economy in the use of food. —I am, eto., ' T. M. MILLIG'AN.. March 30th, 1917."
