GERMAN RAIDERS TRAPPED
REPORTED %SHT IN SOUTH ATLANTIC New York, March 22. Passengers by a steamer from' Buenos Aires .report that,three German raiders were trapped in the South Atlantic on February 21. 'They state that onecruiser was badly damaged 'in the fight, and that two raiders were sunk and the third escaped.
