A mail named Patrick Keilly, aged 82, waß declared not guilty by the Supreme Court jury on a charge of murdering George Dodd, in Waipawa, last December, on the grounds of impulsive insanity. _ Mr. Ju sue© Edwards committed him to Napier Gaol, pending 'the pleasure of the -Minister of Justice. - '
