HOSPITAL BOARD
. »- The Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Board met yesterday. Mr. H. Baldwin presided. \ The Hospital Committee reported that notice had been sent to all doctors practising in Wellington and th'a neighbourhood, advising that children would be admitted to the Macarthy Convalescent i|ome at Belmont if, on inspection by the medical superintendent, they be found suitable. No applications for such admissions had as yet been received. There were on March 15 three children in this home. / Certain proposals to increase the salaries of some of the staff wero considered in committee.
