GOLD MEDAL AWARDS. The Associated Board of tho Royal Academy and tho Royal College of Music. London, offers two gold and two silver medals annually to candidates at the practical examinations.- Information lias been received that the medals for last year havo been awarded as follow: — Advanced Grade Gold Medal.—Eileen M. Clifford, Now Plymouth; pianoforte.

Intermediate Grade Gold Medal.— Beatrice Brittain, St. Mary's Convent, Wollington; singing. The two silver medals cannot bo awarded, as no candidates qualified to receive them.
