King Nicholas of Montenegro has sent a message to America through" the New York "Times." He says: "At the moment, when the groat struggle against tho common enemy is auout to burst out in all its fury, I greet the United Statos. I recall the sufferings which my small nation is bearing in silence, but we have ardent faitn in : tho speedy resurrection of my country and its recohstitution as an independent free State. I hare, confidence that God willuofc allow victory to desort us, or to crown; tho diabolical work of our enemies.
