February 21, when a ear out of control, left tho rails, and mado si breach between an hotel and a bank at Newmarket, tho motorman in chargo of the car stated that ho was tired, having been awake- at 4_a.m., when a cyclonic storm damaged his house and necessitated his shifting his furniture, iHo went on duty for the. Tramway Company between .'1 and 'I- p.m., and on tho trip flown Khybcr Pass at midnight he dozed. He remembered nothing that occurred until ho was thrown from his seat, when tho car jumped tho points. Tho Tramway Company management is satisfied that the inquiry disclosed the true, cause, of the accident. It fitatos that, the tnolorman is one of its most, trusted employees.
