FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT H P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate to south-easterly -wind?, hacking to Jfbrtherlies, the barometer falling everywhere shortly. Weather unsettled at times in tho northern and southernmost districts, and increasing liaze and cloudiness probable with, a chango following generally a,hout the raiddlo of tho week. Atmospheric pressure has continued .abovo normal, and moderate to strong southerly and south-easterly -winds have predominated.
