Present indications arc for variable breezes, giving place shortly to modorato to strong south and south-east-erly winds generally. Weather fair - to cloudy, but unsettled at times, especially in tho northorn and southernmost districts.. Barometer unsteady, with a rising tendency. Moderate to strong Boutherly -winds have predominated, with fair to cloudy weather, except in Otaso, and atmospheric pressure is now above normal. D. 0. BATES.
