Proposal to Raise a Loan for tho furpose of Road Construction, including Formation, Metalling, Blinding, and Culverting of Koads, and footpaths. IN tho matter of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and its Amendments and Kegulations thereunder, and any and every other Act enabling it in that behalf tho Hutt County Council hereby gives public notice that it proposes to raise a loan of .£IOOO pursuant to the provisions of the aforesaid Acts for the purpose of road construction, including Formation, Metalling, Blinding, and Culverting of Koads and Footpaths in Plinunerton and Flimmerton Extension, and to provide for the repayment of the said Loan the Council proposes to set apart each year the sum of £61 13s. lOd., to be secured by an annually recurring Special Bate of five-sixths of a penny in tho £, made and levied for a period of 36i years on the capital yaluo of all rateable property, situate in the No. 12 Special Eating Area as herein described:— Commencing at the sea beach at the north-western corner of the Motuhara Block in Block 5, Paekakariki Survey District, thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary, and easterly along tho northern boundary of the. said Motuhara Block to its noVtheasternmost corner, and the point of intersection with the Piikerua Track, thence generally southerly along tbe said Pukerua Track to its point of intersection with the north-eaetern boundary of the late Plimiuerton Road District, thenco generally south-easterly along the said north-eastern boundary and southerly along tho eastern boundary, and easterly along the north-eastern , boundary to the shores of tho /JPorinia Harbour, thence generally Vjoutherly, westerly, and northvriy along the shores of the <»aid Porirua Harbour, and the sea const to tho point of commencement. jCost of raising Loan and first year's in\t?reet and sinking fund to be paid out of loan. ttifed at Wellington, this Bth day of Fdbimary, 191".
