Copenhagen, February 27. i The reorganisation of the Constitution of Austro-Huugary has commenced, at Germany's instigation. It aims at paralysing , the national Czech movement, divides . Bohemia into twelve counties (four pure German, five Czech, and three of mixed nationalities), reduce? the authority of tho Bohemian Landtag, and provides that German shall be the State language.—Aus.-N.Z.
