ARMED GERMANS IN BRAZIL
ESCAPED FROM INTERNMENT. London, February 25. Tho "Observer's" correspondent at Bio de Janeiro states that an armed band of Germans, apparently sailors, who were interned in Argentina, have crossed the Brazilian, frontier, and are moving toward the State , of Santa Ca-tariua.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Aesn.
