RED CROSS ORDER OF ST. JOHN. .By Telegraph.—Press Association. Cnristchurch, February 20. At a meeting held to-day, convened by His Excellency the Governor, . a constitution" was 1 adopted for the British Red Cross, in New Zealand, which is to be known as the New Zealand branch of the British Red Cross Society and the Order of St. John, with its headquarters-, in Wellington, and centres of the branch in Auckland, Wellington, Cbristchurch, and Dunedin. Lieutenant-Colonel W. H. Sef-ton-Moorhouse was elected officer-in-oharge at the headquarters, and Mrs. Luke and Mr. (i. AY. Sliirtcliffe members of the council. Other officers are to be elected by the branches in the four centres..
