CROSSBHEDS WANTED. (Rec. February IC, 6.25 p.m.) London, February 15. In the House of Commons, replying to protests over the commandeering of wool clips, Mr. W. H. Forster (Financial Secretary to the War Office), said " necessity knew no laiv,' and the AVar Office liad resolved to stick at nothing to win the war.
