Mr. Tudor (head of the new Labour Party) has informed Mr. Hughes and Mr. Cook, that 'the Official Labour Party has decided that it is unable to confer with the others with a view to forming a, National Government. Mr. Hughes, after conferring with Mr. Cook, stales that the way is now clear for tho formation of a National Government, composed of Ministerialists and Liberals. Ho awaits the Liberals' decision.
